This policy explains the storage Lucky Surge Hub uses. Last updated: 21 October 2026. It covers every lsh- key the pages write. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
1. What localStorage is
A cookie is a small file a site can ask your browser to store and to send back with later requests. This site does not use that mechanism for play, for advertising, or for measurement.
The site uses localStorage. localStorage is a small store inside your browser, tied to this site’s address. Values stay on the device. They are not attached to ordinary page requests, and they are not sent to us when a room shows a result. In this policy, “storage” means those localStorage keys. If your browser also keeps its own strictly necessary session data to load the pages, that is the browser’s ordinary operation. We do not add a tracking cookie on top of it.
2. Every key the site uses
These are the only lsh- keys in the scripts. No other lsh- key is written.
| Key | What it stores | Type | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|---|
| lsh-age | The value 18 after you confirm that you are 18 or older, so the age question does not return on every visit. | Strictly necessary | Until you clear site data for this browser. |
| lsh-consent | The value all if you accept optional storage, or necessary if you reject it or if Do Not Track blocks optional storage. | Strictly necessary | Until you clear site data, or until you choose again. |
| lsh-credits | The virtual credit balance as a whole number. The first value on a browser is 10000. The balance has no cash value. | Strictly necessary | Until you clear site data. A new counter then starts at 10000 if you enter again. |
| lsh-pause | The end time, in milliseconds, of a break you set from Responsible play. Rooms will not start a round while that time is still in the future. | Strictly necessary | Until the time passes, you end the break, or you clear site data. |
| lsh-sound | The value 1 when sound is on, or 0 when sound is off. It is written only after optional storage is accepted, and only while Do Not Track is not treated as a refusal. | Optional | Until you clear it, reject optional storage, or turn on a Do Not Track signal that causes the pages to remove it. |
| lsh-wheel-log | Up to 14 recent Surge Wheel pocket numbers, so the strip can return on a later visit. Written only with optional storage. | Optional | Until you clear it or reject optional storage. The page also keeps a copy in memory for the visit. |
| lsh-wheel-again | The last stack of wheel markers, so Repeat can restore it. Written only with optional storage. | Optional | Until you clear it or reject optional storage. The page also keeps a copy in memory for the visit. |
3. Strictly necessary and optional
Strictly necessary storage is what the site needs to do the thing you asked for: remember that the age question was answered, remember which cookie choice you made, keep the play counter on this browser, and keep a break you started. Rejecting optional storage does not delete those keys.
Optional storage is lsh-sound, lsh-wheel-log, and lsh-wheel-again. The rooms still play, silently, if those keys are absent. Sound is off unless you turn it on.
While you are on a page, the sound control can also remember on or off for that visit in the page’s own memory. That visit-only memory is not written to lsh-sound unless optional storage is allowed. Closing the page drops the visit-only memory. Recent wheel results and the repeat stack work the same way: they live in page memory for the visit, and they are written to localStorage only after Accept.
4. No advertising cookies and no analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social plugins, or third-party analytics. No analytics script is loaded. No advertising network receives your virtual credit balance, your age confirmation, or your cookie choice. The rooms run from this site. They are not loaded from another origin.
Links to GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop, the Information Commissioner’s Office, and browser help pages go to those organisations only when you choose them. Their sites use their own storage. This policy does not control that storage.
5. Accept, Reject optional, and Cookie choice
After you confirm that you are 18 or older, a choice bar can appear.
- Accept stores
lsh-consentas all, unless the browser is sending Do Not Track. Optional storage is then allowed. - Reject optional stores
lsh-consentas necessary and removeslsh-sound,lsh-wheel-log, andlsh-wheel-againif they were present. Sound stays off. The age confirmation, the cookie choice, the virtual credit balance, and a break timer can remain. - Cookie choice, in the footer of each page, opens the same bar again. Opening it does not by itself delete keys. The keys change when you then choose Accept or Reject optional, or when you clear site data.
If the browser sends Do Not Track, the pages treat that as a refusal of optional storage. Choosing Accept in that case still stores lsh-consent as necessary, and the optional keys are removed. The age confirmation, the balance, and a break timer are unaffected.
If the browser blocks storage entirely, the choice cannot be saved and the sound preference cannot be saved. The pages still explain the site. A counter cannot be kept across visits in that case.
6. How to clear storage
To refuse optional storage only, use Reject optional on the bar, or open Cookie choice and choose Reject optional.
To remove every key, clear this site’s data in your browser. That deletes the age confirmation, the cookie choice, the virtual credit balance, the sound preference, the wheel memory, and any break timer. The age question returns. If you confirm you are 18 or older again, a new counter starts at 10,000 virtual credits.
Typical places to look, which your browser may rename:
- Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data, then see data for luckysurgehub.com. Guide: Chrome.
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy and security, then cookies and site data. Guide: Firefox.
- Safari: Settings, then privacy controls for website data. Guide: Safari.
- Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions. Guide: Edge.
Clearing storage for this site does not clear storage for other websites. It also does not delete an email you already sent us. To ask about that email, use the contact address in section 9.
7. Retention
Each key stays for the time in the table in section 2. We do not copy the keys onto a server, so we do not run a separate retention schedule for them. Your browser holds them until one of the events in that table.
Ordinary connection logs, if the host keeps them, are the host’s logs and are described in the Privacy Policy. They are not a second copy of lsh-credits or lsh-age.
8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. Last updated: 21 October 2026. If we add a new key, this page will name it before the pages rely on it. We do not add advertising storage under a later version without saying so here.
