1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Lucky Surge Hub, the free entertainment website at luckysurgehub.com. The site is for entertainment only.
We do not offer real-money gambling, and you cannot use these pages to gamble. Nothing on the site is a product you can buy, and there is no account to open.
These terms do not name a company, a street address, a company number, or a licence. This website does not present itself as a licensed operator of real-money play. Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. Questions about the rooms go to [email protected].
2. No real-money gambling
By using the site you acknowledge all of the following. We do not offer any of these, and you cannot do them here:
- You cannot place a real-money wager, and the site does not accept one.
- You cannot win real money or anything of monetary value.
- You cannot win prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, merchandise, or rewards.
- You cannot redeem virtual credits or in-game items for cash, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value.
- You cannot cash out, withdraw, sell, transfer, or exchange virtual credits or in-game items.
- You cannot take part in a lottery, sweepstakes, a contest, a raffle, a drawing, or a prize promotion through this site. The site does not run them.
- We do not offer a casino, slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, a sportsbook, or a jackpot, and you cannot treat these rooms as any of those.
A result in a room changes only the virtual credit counter stored in this browser. That change is not a prize and it is not a debt anyone owes you. We do not describe any round as risk-free. There is nothing of value at stake to be free of risk.
3. Virtual credits
Virtual credits are non-redeemable entertainment credits. They have no cash value. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, not a security, and not a financial product. A balance does not give you an ownership interest in the site, in the artwork, or in the code.
They remain a play counter in the browser. The first counter on a browser starts at 10,000 virtual credits. When a round starts, the play amount is set aside from that counter. The room may then add a result in virtual credits, and that result may be zero. If the counter falls under 1,000, Free refill on this browser can restore it to 10,000. Clearing site data can remove the counter. None of those changes has monetary value. We cannot restore a counter from our side, because we do not keep a copy of it on a server.
4. No purchase required
This site has no shop and no paid credit packs. No purchase is required to pass the age question, to receive the starter balance, to use Free refill, or to play a round. Nothing is for sale. We do not ask for a payment card, and we do not use a payment processor.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The site is directed at the United Kingdom. The age question asks you to confirm that you are 18 or over, and by continuing you give that confirmation. If you are under 18, leave the site. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for identity documents.
6. Conduct
There is no account. The person using the browser is responsible for the device, and for anyone else who can open the browser on that device. You must not cheat, automate play, misrepresent your age, probe or disrupt the pages, or misuse the site. Misuse includes treating virtual credits as something that can be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
We may refuse access for abuse. Because there is no membership record, that step is a limit on use of the pages, not the closure of an account.
7. Who it is for
Lucky Surge Hub is for adults aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom. It is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not operate a geolocation product, and these terms do not claim that the site detects where a device is. If this kind of free entertainment is not lawful for you where you are, do not use the site.
8. Intellectual property
The site name, the emblem, the room artwork, the text, the games, and the code are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-commercial permission to view the pages and play in the rooms while you follow these terms. You may not copy the artwork or the games into another product, and you may not suggest that the site endorses another service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is and as available. A room may fail to start if the browser blocks storage or scripts. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free pages. If you clear site data, the virtual credit counter on that browser can disappear. That loss has no monetary value.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, or from an inability to use it. Because there is no real money and no prizes, there are no monetary prizes to claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that UK law does not allow to be excluded or limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. Last updated: 21 October 2026. Continued use of the site after the updated terms are posted is acceptance of them. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where UK law gives you a right to have a matter heard elsewhere that cannot be set aside by a contract term.
12. Disputes
If you have a complaint about the site, email [email protected] first and describe the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days. That aim is a target for a first reply. It is not a promise that every disagreement will be finished in that time.
If the matter is still unresolved after that correspondence, either party may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. Claims are brought on an individual basis, and not as a group or representative claim, to the extent the law allows. Either party may use the small-claims track where the claim qualifies for that track.
This section does not remove a right that UK law says cannot be waived. It does not send you to a private arbitration scheme, and it does not ask you to post a notice to a street address.
13. Severability
If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stay in effect. Where the law allows, the affected wording is read down only as far as needed to make it valid. If it cannot be read down, it is removed and the remaining terms continue.
14. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement about your use of Lucky Surge Hub. They replace earlier versions of those three pages. A heading is a label. It does not limit the section under it.
